This page is all my random goofy videos that I have made in the last couple of years. As time goes on I will add more to it. So, look for new videos.

THE SPLITS

The Splits originated on some random night in the fall of 2006. I was being my normal goofy self and discovered that randomly doing the splits for my friends just made everyone laugh. I would usually find someone who looked as if they didn’t want to be bothered but could use a good smile. I would approach them and ask, “Hey, do you want to see something cool?” Most people were clueless in this moment as to how to respond to such a question. This is when I would take advantage of the awkward silence and do the splits three times in a row. Most of the time, people forgot about the question and just laughed at my attempt to wow them with the splits.

After a few months of doing it without the video camera Zack and I decided to capture the greatness of the splits. This video was filmed during Christmas time in downtown Kansas City. I would also like to recognize the wonderful Charity Bates, who was with us during most of the filming. She brought much inspiration. I mean, come on, who doesn’t love Charity?

THE COOKOUT

The Cookout was filmed memorial day weekend of May 2007. During this time my friend Paul Baron was in town visiting and so was Zack’s friend, Kris Ko. The cookout was just another ZJ’s place except, instead of just inviting our friends we also invited the neighborhood.

A few days after the cookout, there was day #1 of a 40 day fast. While making this video I was thinking, ” I am going to fast making videos for 40 days.” After editing it up my camera broke, so I really had to take a break. Enjoy!

THE HAIRCUT

Filmed sometime in the summer of 2007. This was my first time cutting my own hair. That’s really all I have to say.

LIFE WITHOUT ZACK AND JACOB

Filmed late July 2007. When your two of your three housemates go out of town life is not very exciting. If you find yourself feeling sad just remember that they did come home and life is really good now that they are back.

REMODELING DAY

During Spring of 2008 Zack and Carrie decided to remodel the kitchen. I was a helping hand through some of the process. This is just a little video Z and I made after a long day of working on the kitchen.

This was filmed the same day as the last one. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in a long while and I am grateful to God that my teeth are fixed or I would be making more of these. And ladies, yes, I am single but not with that toothless smile.

THE LAST 43 SECONDS

The title on YouTube says 42 seconds but its really 43. This is a series of videos I am going to start making. The goal: to invite you into my life for 43 seconds. This first video was filmed by my good buddy Ben. We go way back to the days of Resurrection Fellowship in Colorado. He was interviewing me on the way that I dress. Enjoy!

I found this footage while editing the DVD for the teens. This was the very first day of capturing the camp.

MY WEDDING DANCE

This was filmed Thursday July 24 during family dinner night. Sarah is Zack’s sister and I would like to dance with her at Zack and Carrie’s wedding.

CHEER SQUAD

This was filmed sometime in the Spring of 2007. While the Fire in the Night interns were outside of the coffee shop kicking the hacky sack around I decided to call the Squad in for some cheering. This video stars my good pal Nathan Burgmen, who was in the internship at the time, and some very wonderful night watch ladies; Brooke, Bri, Ariel, and Katie P. Enjoy!

NO EYEBROWS

When this blog first began I posted the ‘Shaved my eyebrows at homecoming’ story. I feel that I need to re post this because without having some visual aid to me saying, ‘I shaved my eyebrows completly off the night before homecoming!” I use an exclamation point because anything less then this would not suffice. The only reaction was !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe you did that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
